The five axle crane features a seven section 66 metre main boom, topped by a 9.4 to 16 metres bi-fold swingaway extension with up to 40 degrees of offset for a maximum onboard tip height of 85 metres. An 8.1 metre insert installed between boom nose and swingaway takes that to 93 metres.
It can carry 14.6 tonnes of counterweight onboard within 12 tonne axle loadings and can also achieve 10 tonne axle loads with just over three tonnes of counterweight.

marks the latest milestone in the long standing partnership between Grúas Alhambra and Grove, which dates to 2018. Grúas Alhambra will use the two 120 t capacity cranes primarily for construction, where versatility, reliability, and ease of operation are critical.

Chief executive Abraham Molina said: “Grove has again proved to be the right choice for our company. Our company is committed to investing in modern equipment, service quality, digital tools, and operator expertise — all of which are crucial in today’s demanding lifting market. We appreciate the excellent factory finish of the Grove cranes, in quality and overall performance. Just as important is Grove’s improved aftersales service which played a key role in our decision to add these units to our fleet.”
