BMS ownership change completed
Three years ago Danish contractor MT Højgaard the owner of Denmark’s largest crane and access rental company, BMS, began to divest itself of the business by merging it with Kran Ringen, owned by the Enggaard family, giving them a 50 percent holding in the enlarged business.

Now some three years later MT Højgaard has completed its plan selling its remaining 50 percent holding in BMS, to the Enggaards. The sale was completed on November 29th.

MT Højgaard’s says that its business relationship with BMS will continue as before.
The Enggaards also own a 50 percent stake in KR Wind with Mammoet, the Dutch based internationals lifting specialist.
