Southern Crane appoints development director

Southern Industrial Constructors/Southern Crane, the contractor and crane and rigging company based in Raleigh, South Carolina, has appointed Josh Payne as its director of business development.

In his new role, Payne will seek to grow the companies’ relationships with existing clients, as well as look for new expansion opportunities.
