Teupen launches Service Point
From the beginning of next year, platform manufacturer Teupen will be launching ‘Service Point’ a dedicated centre providing customers with answers to technical questions and availability of spare parts for its expanding product range.

The Service Point team
The service is available from 6am to 10 pm weekdays and 7.30am to midday on Saturdays.
The main contacts include:
Sascha Heinrichs and Kim Rüggen - in direct contact with customers as well as processing enquiries for cost estimates, as well as spare parts orders.
Dieter Roters – in charge of the new department and in particular will take care of foreign customers.
Holger Lampe runs the workshop and responsible for the more complicated repairs and maintenance that can not be done at the customer’s premises.
Theo Greitenevert coordinates mobile service team for German customers.
Arne Köster is responsible for the after sales service and is in charge of the communication between our customers, sales, engineering and service department.
