New Land Rovers at Allan
After months of delay Land Rover is finally shipping its new 2007 Defender chassis with Euro 4 diesel engine. Allan Access, like many companies that use the Land Rover chassis, has seen deliveries back up as supplies of Land Rover’s 2006 dried up well before supplies of the new model were available.

The new Land Rover Defender, note the bulge in the bonnet (hood)
Allan is now shipping its Nifty based V130 articulated telescopic Land Rover mounted lift again as supplies of the new chassis start to flow.
The New chassis uses a 2.4 litre diesel engine from the Ford Transit, which not only meets Euro 4 emission standards, but it can also run on the various Sulphur free diesel fuels found across Europe.
The new engine is mounted to a new six speed transmission, the new power unit is also 30 percent quieter than the old model. Inside the interior has also been redesigned with a new dashboard and controls, with a wider range of options.
