New premises for JLG South Australia

JLG has relocated its South Australia branch to new purpose built premises in Greenfields, north Adelaide.

The move is the latest in a series of major facility upgrades which are part of JLG’s previously announced efforts to increase its focus on customer support throughout Australia.

The new 3,000 square metre facility at 8 Nucera Court, Greenfields is almost five times the size of the Salisbury South premises served JLG customers in South Australia for 13 years.

The new branch also includes a training centre.

JLG South Australia state manager, Wayne Moschetti, said: “The new location will allow us to stock and display a much wider range of aerial work platforms and telehandlers than in the past. There’s a large hardstand display area with underground power connections for customer demonstrations.”

“Even more importantly the new premises include a greatly enhanced service workshop for South Australia, with an overhead gantry crane we can carry out major inspections and repairs efficiently, to keep equipment downtime to an absolute minimum.”

“We’re putting on additional service specialists and field service vans to cope with the increased numbers of JLG equipment in service and we have also increased our replacement parts stock holding.”

Andrew Satterley, the general manager of JLG Australia and New Zealand said.
“Our new South Australian branch is the latest move in what is a total renewal of JLG facilities around the nation. We are committed to our customers and we have renewed our focus to ensure we provide industry leading service, support and advice.”
