Beware of thawing ground

Two men working on the garage of a Cleveland clinic yesterday were trapped in the basket of the aerial lift they were using after the ground underneath the machine thawed, causing the lift to tip into the building, preventing the men from lowering the boom.

They called in the local emergency services, Cleveland firefighters arrived with a ladder truck and was able to rescue them with no more injuries than red faces.

None of the information we received gave details of the type of lift that it was.
