Over the years thousands of Tallescopes have been sold, although since the 1990’s sales dropped back to around 200 to 250 units a year. In recent time is has had its greatest sales success with theatres, particularly in the UK where most theatres still use the Tallescope fro lighting adjustments due to its simple erection, light weight and compact folding design, not to mention its relatively low cost.
