Cramo acquires scaffolder

Cramo Finland has purchased all of the shares of Pohjolan Teline Oy a privately held industrial scaffold contractor with a single location in Kemi, Finland. The company till be integrated into the Cramo network and trade under the Cramo brand, but will continue as a separate subsidiary.

Pohjolan Teline was founded in 1989, has one location serving industrial clients in Kemi-Tornio area in Northern Finland. It has revenues of around €1 million and has 10 employees, who will continue to work for the company as will the two previous owners.

No details of the purchase price have been released
