The following image was taken barely two hours ago by an intrepid reader and photographer at St Asaph Cathedral in North Wales. Seeing this kind of abuse brings to mind that the powered access/access platform market is still well away from being mature.

Some people never learn

Every day hundreds if not thousands of workers find ways to reach work at height which not only leaves a lot to be desired, but is often illegal. Sadly many such cases end up with significant injuries or worse.
