One of our readers from the Leeds area of the UK, spotted this man working with all the right equipment BUT… clearly he did not have enough tower components and so is standing on a platform on what should be the guardrails over eight metres up with no protection as he concentrates on the work at hand.

All the right gear but..... he would probably be safer on a long ladder than standing on the guardrails?

As our reader says “here is another example of a man almost working safely” he has all the right gear, probably thinks he is working safely but he is a slip or step away from death or serious injury.
