Death Wish 27

Today’s Death Wish is sent in by a reader in the UAE, not a great photo, but one of the worst cases of stupidity we have seen in some time.

It looks as though the tower is too short, so someone had the bright idea to use the company’s fork truck, they probably considered standing on the forks but it too was not high enough.

Combine a forktruck with a tower and you have sufficient height

However put the two together and lift the tower on the fork truck et voila you have the extra height to reach the work.

The fact that the chances of this leading to a fatal accident seems to have as usual escaped the originator of this idea.
