Marino joins Barnhart
Marino Crane of Middletown Connecticut has been acquired by Barnhart Crane and Rigging of Memphis Tennessee
Marino Crane was founded in 1952 by Sebastian G. “Mike” Marino along with his wife Rose. Ownership was transferred to sons, Carl and Larry Marino in 1992.
The company operates a mixed fleet of Manitowoc, Grove, Link Belt and Demag cranes with capacities of up to 440 tons, from the head office in Middletown and has a location in Angleton Texas.

Barnhart was established in 1969 and operates from 19 locations mostly in the south and eastern Half of the USA.
In 2005, Barnhart established a presence in the Northeast with the acquisition of the rigging and transportation assets of the original Hake Rigging Company in Philadelphia, the addition of Marino consolidates its position in the region.
The combined fleets of Marino and Barnhart now include over 225 cranes with operators and Heavy Lift Cranes to 1,760 tons.
