The loader backhoe come work platform

The photo was taken this week when a man was caught installing panels on top of a wall. The panels were lifted into place by a loader crane and our man is raised the work area in the loader bucker of a backhoe loader. He then stands on the edge between wall and bucket over three metres off the ground.

Our correspondent says that the company concerned had a boom lift parked in their yard, which one assumes could have been used?
The work was also being carried out within a hundred yards or so of the National Police depot that is responsible for Health & Safety in Catalunya.
