Nine new cranes for Boekestijn

Dutch crane and access rental company, D.Boekestijn has taken delivery of its first 150 tonne Liebherr LTM 1150-6.1, one of nine new Liebherr cranes the company has ordered.

The Maasland based company already has 30 Liebherr All Terrain cranes, with capacities of up to 500 tonnes. Along with several mobile self erecting tower cranes.

The new Liebherr LTM 1150-6.1

Owner Dirk Boekestijn, his daughter Lianne and son Rene chose the LTM 1150-6.1 for its mobility, planning to use it for Taxi crane work, given that it can travel with up to 15 tonnes of counterweight while meeting 12 tonne axle loads.

The family also appreciated the crane’s 66 metre main boom and 19 metre swingaway extension along with the Liccon 2 with blue tooth remote controller.
