New director customer care at Genie

Terex Aerial Work Platforms/Genie has appointed Greg Braukus as director of global customer care, reporting to Joe George, vice president of global sales and customer service.

Terex says that Braukus will be responsible for establishing and globalising a world class customer experience.

Greg Braukus


Prior to joining Terex Braukus was senior director, ISS for Microsoft, where he led the inside sales, tele partner account management, vendor operations and partner connections businesses for the small and mid-market solutions & partners division in the United States.

Prior to his time at Microsoft, he spent five years with Amazon.com where he held several leadership roles in operations, customer service and sales.
