AFI-Uplift expands low level

UK based AFI-Uplift has purchased 55 small electric aerial work platforms, including a further 30 Bravi Leonardo self propelled lifts bringing its total fleet of Leonardos to 50 units.

Weighing just 450kga, the battery-powered Leonardo has a platform height of 2.9 metres, an extended platform length of 1.71 metres, and can turn within its own length.

The company has also invested in an additional 25 Pop-Ups in, it says. a further move to meet customer demand for lightweight machines which can be used on floors with significantly reduced loadings.

AFI Director Nick Selley said: “This latest investment in the Leonardo and Pop-Up means we now have one of the UK’s largest fleets of small and compact machines and are able to meet all client requirements, replacing ladders and steps in many instances.”
