Select buys 13 more Demags

UK contractor and crane hire company Select today sealed a deal with Germany-based producer Demag for the purchase of 13 Demag all terrain cranes. The sale included three 200 tonne capacity AC200-1s, five 100 tonne capacity AC100s and five 50 tonne capacity AC50s.

The sale follows Select’s purchase of nine units at the Intermat exhibition in Paris last year, which at the time were the very first units to be bought by the company´s newly formed crane hire division. The intial order was for four 50 tonne AC50s, two each of Demag´s 100 tonne AC100s and 200 tonne AC200s and a 250 tonne capacity AC250-1.
