Management changes at Ainscough

Ainscough Crane Hire, the UK’s largest crane rental company, has announced a number of changes to its senior management team.

John Lowton, previously group safety, health, environment and quality manager, is promoted to director, replacing Bryan Cronie who leaves Ainscough to take up a new job overseas, after spending just over a year with the company.

Jim Fleming, previously manager of Ainscough Crane Hire’s Preston depot is promoted to Heavy Cranes depot manager. He will be replaced in Preston by Georgina White.

Peter Kernohan, operations director, is to extend his remit to include Heavy Cranes Operations, as Steve Hitchen, formerly Heavy Cranes operations director, leaves the business “to pursue other interests”.
