New CFO at Ramirent

Jonas Söderkvist, has been appointed as chief financial officer of Ramirent, and a member of the Finnish based international rental company’s group management team.

Söderkvist has worked as interim CFO since 19 August 2009 and was selected among the candidates in the company’s executive search process. The position became free after Heli Iisakka, left the company “for a leading position in another industry”.

He takes responsibility for corporate control and accounting, treasury, corporate IT, mergers and acquisitions. He joins Ramirent from Nordstjernan, where he held the position as investment manager.

Ramirent’s chief executive, Magnus Rosén, said: “His background as a financial analyst and his experience in following the equipment rental market and especially Ramirent during the past five years has equipped Jonas well to assume the position as CFO at Ramirent. We very much welcome him to Ramirent”.
