Higher Access attains IPAF Rental Plus

Manchester-based specialist spider lift rental company Higher Access has been awarded IPAF Rental+ accreditation.
IPAF Rental+ is an independent quality mark awarded to IPAF member rental companies that meet defined standards in customer service, safety, staff training, contract terms and machine inspection with on-going inspections to ensure standards are maintained.

Areas covered include training, booking, cross hiring, maintenance and delivery. IPAF also verifies company processes and policies are in place for dealing with issues such as customer satisfaction, insurance, and health and safety.
Giles Councell from IPAF presented the award to Lucy Ashburner, a director of Higher Access last Friday. “Achieving the IPAF Rental+ accreditation is testament to the work that our team have put in to ensure that ultimately our customers receive the very best service possible,” said Ashburner. “We are committed to driving the company forward in terms of investment in management systems, people and plant and are delighted to be the first independent spider lift specialist within the UK to gain the award.”
