Tat Hong shareholder ups holding

Chwee Cheng & Sons, The major shareholder in Tat Hong Holding, the Singapore based crane sales and rental company has increased its holding in the company to almost 48 percent. The change further cements the Chwee Cheng’s control of Tat Hong which has major operations in Australia and the Pacific Rim.

Tat Hong operates one of the largest crawler crane rental fleets in the world and is Hitachi Sumitomo’s largest international distributor. In Australia it owns Tutt Bryant and distributes Tadano. It also controls Chinese tower crane manufacturer Yongmao.
