Fourth HR28 for Elavation

UK based rental company Elavation has taken delivery of its fourth 86ft Niftylift HR28 Hybrid 4x4 articulated boom lift.

The Milton Keynes based company also has a further four units on order and says that the new machines are proving extremely popular in a variety of applications. The HR28 has a full battery pack in addition to diesel hybrid power and as such can run indoors as a fully autonomous electric machine, while the smaller engine boosted by an electric motor on steep grades, features an exhaust purification system for operation in larger enclosed spaces and sensitive outdoor locations.

The unit offers a maximum working height of 28 metres, with an outreach of 19 metres, and a platform capacity of 280kg. The unit also includes four wheel drive and weighs just 14.5 tonnes.
