Not high enough
A photo sent in by a reader shows a man using a 19ft scissor lift combined with a step ladder and even then it looks as though he is still falling short.
We have no idea where or when this was taken, but clearly it is outside of a particular building. Sadly the methodology is not too unusual. Perhaps someone recognises the building? If so someone needs to go on an AWP managers course so they might be better at machine selection. Definitely one for our Death Wish series.
