This company is already so massive, that it's eating itself.
After this takeover it will be simply gargantuan.
For me it's candidate no.1 for going bust during next recession.
We have massive bubble in Access industry, which gonna burst sooner or later.
Access companies are expanding fleets in thousands, everything fueled by cheap finance options, and fighting for a pennies, just breaking even.
As soon as the reccesion will hit the market, many of access companies will be in serious trouble.
