Andy Pearson to leave Lavendon
Andy Pearson, previously MD of AMP and more recently a regional managing director for Lavendon UK has confirmed that he plans to leave the company next year.
He says that following a health scare earlier thus year he is reassessing his life and would like to cut down on some of the mileage he is currently clocking up. He also has no firm plans yet for the future.
Pearson also adds that he has thoroughly enjoyed his three and half years with Lavendon, which he joined after Lavendon acquired A.M.P, of which he was managing director, around three and half years ago. The business was merged with Lavendon’s Panther brand just over a year ago.

He adds that he will be completing a full hand over to his replacement once they have been selected and anticipates leaving the business at the end of January. He adds that he is leaving on very good terms with Lavendon and will be staying in touch with the group.
Pearson has been very active in the past but finds that his current travel schedule has curbed this. He has participated in Iron Man Triatholons as recently as 2006.

A series of unfortunate events, Lavendon needs to re-evaluate their performance on the staff they have remaining.

To loose one Managing Director seems unfortunate.
To loose two seems careless!
