Merlo UK adds to sales team

Merlo UK has appointed Mike Rich as Western regional sales manager, for its construction dealer network and sales activities in the region. Rich joins the company from LiuGong where he was south west manager since April last year.

Mike Rich

He began his career in 2012 in sales with waste disposal company Viridor, moving after four years to a similar role at environmental services company Veolia. In 2017, he joined R&D Machinery as territory sales manager leaving for LiuGong in April 2024.

Rich said: "This role presents a fantastic opportunity for career progression, and I'm excited to be part of such a well-established company. I enjoy knowing that the products we supply are the right solutions for the end users. Building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction is what drives me.”
