New director for Manitex
Boom truck, crane and fork truck manufacturer Manitex has appointed Ronald M. Clark as a non-executive director, effective immediately. He will also become chairman of the audit committee and will serve on the compensation committee and committee on directors and board governance.
The appointment fills the vacancy that was created as a result of the death of board member and audit committee chairman, Terrence P. McKenna, on October 5th .
Clark is chief investment officer of Allianz of America, which manages investments for North American insurance companies for Munich-based Allianz SE.

Manitex chief executive David J. Langevin, said: "Ron is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of financial skills and exceptional capital markets experience to our board.
