New customer services VP for Genie

Terex AWP/Genie has appointed Adam Rimmer as vice president of customer services for the Americas.

In his new role Rimmer assumes responsibility for field service, customer care, sales operations, replacement parts and used equipment teams. He will report directly to Matt Fearon, general manager of Terex AWP Americas.

Adam Rimmer

Rimmer joined Genie in 2005 as a regional sales manager following a career in equipment sales and with Hertz Equipment Rental.

Fearon said: “Adam’s extensive industry background and customer understanding made him the clear choice for this position. As we move forward, I’m confident that Adam will be an invaluable leader in helping us to effectively guide our customer relations.”
