Crane man increases lead

Crane operator Michale Brown has increased his lead on day two of the John O'Groats to Lands End race in aid of the Project Mobility 4x4 charity.

A great second day for Brown, taking just 11 hours and 18 minutes to cover the 56.6 miles to Beauly, leading Torkel Skogman who took 12 hours and 13minutes. Two days and 120 miles on and Brown is leading the race by one hour and 12 minutes. Just 740 miles left to go.

Tomorrow the runners head for Loch Ness tomorrow on a 54.5 mile route to Spean Bridge.
