Borgel joins Palfinger Platforms

Palfinger Platforms has appointed Yannick Borgel as sales manager for France, effective immediately.

Borgel has spent most of his career in the access industry having stated with Genie France in 2001 and spent six years as sales representative for South East France. He joined Platform Sales Europe in 2007 to open UpRight France, moving to Skyjack in 2008 to set up its French operation.

In his new role he will focus will be on building partnerships with rental companies, local authorities and energy suppliers.

Borgel said: "We must ensure that our customers who place their trust in us receive a first-class service in order to meet their expectations and to react in the best way possible to their day-to-day problems. Access platforms are an important tool for end users in their routine work. They guarantee safe working and must be reliable and efficient for maxim. I look forward to working with Palfinger and building on its current position and reputation in France.”
