First JLG1500SJ arrives in Europe

The first 150ft JLG 1500SJ boom lift has arrived in Europe and is being used for training prior to starring on the company’s stand at Apex.

The unit was shipped from JLG’s plant in McConnellsburg Pennsylvania to its European plan in Maasmechelen, Belgium.

The 1500SJ is the first straight boom lift to reach 150ft platform height – almost 48 metres of working height. Based on the company’s 135SJ Ultraboom, it features a telescopic articulating jib that provides up to 7.62 metres of outreach from the boom tip.
