The scene on Tuesday as the crane is recovered

The incident occurred at the Cornerstone Baptist Church on Tuesday, when the crane owned by MST Concrete Products was helping to install an underground tank that will supply water to the church sprinkler system.

The operator was setting the tank into the hole when the crane flipped on its side throwing the operator and the tank into the excavated hole.
