Niftylift appoints Cumberland in Iraq

Kettering-based Cumberland UK has agreed to represent access equipment manufacturer Niftylift in Iraq. The arrangement between Niftylift’s John Keely and Cumberland UK’s Paul Murphy was finalised last month and results in a new sales area for Nifty equipment.

Cumberland has already sold three 14.25 metre working height Nifty 140 trailer platforms.

“I feel we will be successful with the Nifty products which fit nicely into our portfolio alongside Socage and Altec equipment which we already supply into the area,” said Paul Murphy. “In the past three years we have supplied more than 180 vehicles of various types including platforms and cranes to Iraq.”
