ELS takes on Iteco

Italian based manufacturer Imer Access has teamed up with Euro Lift System (ELS) to provide sales and product support in Germany for its Iteco and Imer branded access products. The agreement follows the ending Imer’s previous arrangement with Lift-Off.

The main contact in Germany for sales and distribution is ELS managing director Rainer Wrobel and sales manager Michael Dobroniak, while technical questions will be handled by service manager Heiner Götzen. ELS also handles the ATN product line.

The coordination of training, warranty/parts and service will be carried out in close cooperation with export manager Bogdan Lenda based at Imer Access headquarters. Lenda is responsible for organisational structures in the German speaking market. And will support ELS with its marketing activities.

Imer Access was formed two years ago following the takeover of Iteco, since when it has been integrated into the production process of the Imer group.

The company says that in that time a number of significant improvements have been achieved, including:
- Higher quality standards
- Shorter production and delivery times
- More product compatibility, including control, boards, spare parts etc...
- Diagnosis software now free of charge
- Technical training available on request
- Robust construction with exceptional specifications

The product range is also being extended and Imer says that it is continuing to expand its sales and distribution network, along with service and spare parts availability throughout Europe.
