"We already have a fleet of about 12 Bronto truck mounts and decided on 90 metre platforms because they will be able to carry out the vast majority of work," said Easi UpLifts managing director John Ball. "It is also the largest truck mounted platform available on a regular truck which has many advantages in terms of mobility."

Both units will be mounted on Volvo FM460 8x4 chassis complete with Estepe rear steer tag axle which means the S90 HLA is more manoeuvrable. The S90 HLA has an increased cage capacity of 700kg with the standard cage.

Easi UpLifts has also taken both highly specified machines with the 600kg capacity hydraulically extendable cage with camera posts, one new Bronto 360 degree Camera Cage, which includes removable seat, 360 degree slewing and hands-free safety break and 300kg capacity CW300 cage winch.

The machines are also fitted with air, water and internal cable for camera data transfer. ‘The machines have been specced for every eventuality,’ said Ball.
