New sales manager for Denka

The newly established Denka Lift business has announced a number of new management appointments.

Chris Johansen takes over as sales manager following the departure of Torben Christensen, an investor who will not play an active role in the business.

Chief executive Søren Audon said: “I’m pleased to welcome Chris on-board. He has a thorough knowledge of the business we’re in and I look forward to working closely together with him.”
Denka has also appointed Jens Hou as spare parts manager and Anette Østbjerg as purchasing manager.

Production is now ramping up at Denka’s historic home of Holbæk with the first new units due to be completed in early to mid-December. A number of new models and improvements are also planned for the New Year.
