16,000 and going strong

The editorial team at Vertikal.Net uploaded the 16,000th photograph onto the website today.

What’s significant about the 16,000th ? Nothing … just we missed mentioning the 15,000th a month or two ago and 20,000 seems too far in the distant to consider….

All of the photographs – and the 16,000 are only the ones in the online news database – are being added into our news search engine providing you with an extra resource. The most recent 6,000 or so have all been tagged to make it easier to retrieve them and are mostly of a reasonable resolution.

The can be easily downloaded and we approve their direct use in training and safety related applications, but do ask that you credit Vertikal.Net when possible. For other uses we would appreciate you contacting us to check on copyright ownership etc…

The 16,000th photo on Vertikal, a TCA Falcon FS320 spider lift in Korea

Oh and the 16,000th photo? It is a 32 metre TCA Falcon FS320 spider lift working in Korea, the story of which has yet to appear.

Oh..... as an aside the 14,000th news report was also posted this week The Ascorel appointment on Wednesday ... 15,000 by June???
