Broshuis launches 100+ tonner

Broshuis has announced a new line of 100 tonne plus low loading transport trailers.

The SL-Trailer line includes a wide variety of different configurations, including: 2+6 - 100 tonne, 3+6 -110 tonne and 3+7 -120 tonne. Each is available with a single, double or triple extendible platform and a sliding or fixed axle bogie.

The new Broshuis 2 + 6 100 tonne trailer

The company says that the trailer’s independent wheel suspension allows the transport of up to 120 tonnes on the 790mm high trailer bed, even when the triple extendible version is fully extended. It also ensures that the trailer bed is always level for improved stability.

When the trailer is extended, two of the axles remain connected to the gooseneck and compensate the 30 tonne movable gooseneck in order to generate a good kingpin pressure and ideal distribution of load.
The new trailers will be shown for the first time at the Bedrijfsauto show at Amsterdam’s RAI centre from the 17th to the 21st of April.
