Fatal ladder fall

A man died last week after falling from a ladder at a mechanical/electrical engineering company in Flintshire, UK.

The man, Alan Smith, 64, a contractor from Manchester was working at facility of the DRB group in Deeside when he fell. He was rushed to hospital, but died from his injuries the following day.
