Customer services director for Genie

Terex AWP/Genie has appointed Marty Olberding as customer services director for the Americas.

He reports to vice president Matt Fearon and assumes responsibility for field service, customer care, international and domestic inside sales operations and used equipment teams, throughout North and South America.

Olberding joined the company in 2005 as a customer service manager after spending 20 years in the chemical industry holding various positions in sales and logistics.
