Shawtrack adds new trucks to fleet

UK based custom truck bed manufacturer Shawtrack, has added three new 8x2 - 32 tonne low profile beavertail trucks to its Shawtrack Services rental fleet.

The new trucks are models specifically designed for the powered access industry, with the specifications driven by rental customer requirements. The three units are fully equipped to a high specification, complete with radio remote controlled hydraulic winches, hydraulic full width ramps with boom trap doors and hydraulic ‘steady legs’. Lashing rings are mounted in the deck with many of the standard features Shawtrack build into its truck bodies.

The company has said that with work platforms becoming larger and heavier, its 32 tonne powered access bedded vehicles are becoming increasingly popular and therefore when one breaks down it is ready to step in with a replacement, should it be needed quickly.
