Palfinger adds two new loader cranes

Palfinger is to launch two new SH loader cranes – the PK 14502 SH and the PK 18502 SH. Main features include the Power Link Plus, maintenance-free boom and soft stop electronic limit position damper.

The PK 14502 SH has a lifting moment of 13.8 tonne metres and the PK 18502 SH 17.6 tonne metres. With six hydraulic extensions, both cranes have an outreach of 17 metres. The reverse linkage knuckle boom can be angled upwards by 15 degrees.

The new Palfinger PK 14502 SH

Palfinger says that the PK 14502 SH and PK 18502 SH incorporate its most innovative technology with a huge number of comfort and safety functions making everyday work easier. Both are equipped with the SH package with includes S-HPLS, PAL 150, Danfoss control valve and radio remote control with LCD display.

The PK 18502 SH

The High Performance Stability Control sensors monitor the vehicle’s stability allowing variable positioning of the stabilisers. All functions are controlled by the new radio remote control with LCD display. The large graphic display screen provides information including capacity, active systems and servicing intervals as well as the position of the stabilisers. The loader cranes have the option of its newly developed tiltable stabilisers.
