Dingli appoints Leach Lewis

Chinese aerial lift manufacturer Dingli has appointed Leach Lewis Industrial – a division of Leach Lewis Plant – as its exclusive UK and Ireland dealer for its complete range of products.

The agreement comes into effect immediately with Leach Lewis having already taken delivery of its first machines – including electric slab scissors and personnel lifts.

Susan Huang, sales director for Dingli, said: “We are pleased to announce Leach Lewis as our exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland as part of our drive to appoint key partners in new territories. We were impressed with the passion and market knowledge that Leach Lewis demonstrated during our negotiations, and are convinced that we have found the right company to bring our products to a new audience.”

Leach Lewis will offer a full range of finance options through its finance division, Leach Lewis Capital, ensuring that customers access financial solutions via its partnerships with the leading funding providers in the UK.

Peter Whittall, managing director of Leach Lewis, added: “Leach Lewis has 80 years of experience in the construction industry, and we are confident that in Dingli we have found a company with the same ambitions as ourselves. Dingli ais investing heavily to support its expansion plans, and we are delighted to partner with them at this important point in both our companies’ history."

"We believe we can provide UK and Irish customers with an opportunity to make Dingli an established brand, and be a key partner in their growth plans. The build quality and known components of the Dingli range give us the absolute confidence that Dingli will become a familiar sight in the UK and Ireland markets.”

The official launch will be at Vertikal Days at Haydock Park, in the UK this June.
