Hanging out with the load

Sadly we don’t know where today’s Death Wish occurred, it was sent in some time ago and somehow was misplaced in our files without details, which most likely means that it came in anonymously with no details and we have been unable to trace it.

Looks like this man was part of the load, he certainly isn't going anywhere without that load

There is so much going on it is hard to know where to start, it looks as though the man has been lifted up as part of the load. He is certainly well secured to the fabrication he is installing with harness and solid looking attachment point.

There is a decent looking guy line and it looks simply enough rigged with two legs of a four-leg chain set. But this is not the way to do this, it is clearly quite high, but still well within the range of an aerial lift.
