N Holland base for Wagenborg Nedlift

Dutch based international heavy lift and transport specialist, Wagenborg, Nedlift has opened a new base in Akersloot, northern Holland.

The new location is intended to provide coverage for crane and transport services to customers in the north Holland region, particularly those in the oil & gas sector. The move follows a number of contracts it has won in the area, moving onshore drilling rigs.

The new operation, located within the large IOT Dosco site will also provide logistical services for the construction of a 12km gas pipeline - part of the Bergermeer gas storage project.
