IPS adds hose service

IPS, the UK based International supplier of parts and service has invested in hydraulic hose business, bringing customers a fully-equipped hose workshop directly to site.

The mobile hose workshop

The service is currently based in Telford, Shropshire covering the local area and the Midlands, with further expansion planned to extend the coverage in the next 12 months.

Using a 3.5 tonne Fiat Ducato van, IPS has fitted it with the latest hose assembly tools, swaging up to two inch hose. It also stocks a wide variety of hose, fittings and adaptors suitable for a full range of applications. Services include on-site fault finding, assembly and hydraulic hose installation.

Hoses can be made on the spot

The launch of the hydraulic hose business supports IPS’ commitment to improve service quality and invest in customer service support. Marketing manager, Lucy Bebbington said: “Customer’s want to work with companies that make it easy to work with. We’re dedicated to providing the fastest, most reliable and most affordable service to reduce downtime. Our after-sales solutions are dedicated to ease pressure and comply with safe work practices.”
