Longton cranes to go at auction

All the cranes, transport and equipment from Longton Crane Hire are to be auctioned online this month, following the failure of the business last month. Click here to see Longton enters administration

The list of cranes from Grove, Terex and Tadano Faun ranges from 15 to 220 tonnes, the most recent being of 2009 vintage. All appear to be in a good condition. The Groves include: a 220 tonne Grove GMK 5220 All Terrain from 2008, a 50 tonne GMK3050 from 2002 and an AP415 from 1990.

The Terex cranes include: a 120 tonne AC120-1 from 2007, an 80 tonne AC 80-2 and a 35 tonne AC35L both from 2005 and two PPMs a 40 tonne ATT 400 from 1998 and an ATT 335 all terrain mobile crane from 1995.

There is also a 2009 Tadano Faun ATF60-3 60 tonne All Terrain along with a number of DAF trucks, trailer and low loaders. Viewing dates are on September 18th and 20th September in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, England.
