Platform Basket for Access Solutions

New Zealand based access and telehandler rental company Access Solutions has taken delivery of a 22 metre Platform Basket 22.10 spider lift, along with two 15 metre 15.75 models as part of a programme to expand its spider lift range.

The 22.10 - the largest spider lift in the company’s fleet - offers up to 10 metres of outreach, with an up and over height of nine metres and an unrestricted 200kg platform capacity. Overall stowed length is 5.9 metres with a 1.3 metre overall width. Its non-marking tracks and diesel/electric power source makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Michael Biddick, managing director of Access Solutions, said: “It was always our intention to expand our range of spider lifts. There are an increasing number of situations where more height is needed. The inside of churches and halls, where access is severely restricted, is a perfect example of the different applications coming to light.”
