New CFO for Harsco
International scaffold and mast climber rental company Harsco has appointed F. Nicholas Grasberger, 49, as a senior vice president and chief financial officer. His appointment takes effect on April 22nd.

F. Nicholas Grasberger
Grasberger was most recently managing director of the Precision Polymers division of UK based Fenner, one of the world’s leading producers of heavyweight belting for industrial and commercial markets. Prior to Fenner he was chief financial officer of Armstrong Holdings and then chief executive of the company’s Building Products division from 2009. Prior to that was chief financial officer for Kennametal and also served as corporate treasurer at H. J. Heinz, he started his career in 1985 with USX Corporation.
He takes over from interim CFO Barry E. Malamud, who returns to his position as corporate controller reporting directly to Grasberger. The position became vacant after Stephen Schnoor resigned in November.
